Opinions:Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission

From lawbrain.com

The Federal Election Commission ("FEC") has approved the formation of two new groups -- Club for Growth and Common Sense Ten -- that will raise and spend funds for the 2010 congressional elections. Empowered by the Citizens United holding, these groups may raise and spend unlimited funds to support or defeat specific candidates for federal office. The Commission's approval arrives at the heels of the Supreme Court's opinion and precedes any new rules drafted by the FEC pursuant to this opinion. Good news????  Bad news?????
