Talk:Arizona Senate Bill 1070

Reasonable Suspicion article needed

I made one small change to the article around the discussion of "reasonable suspicion." That phrase was linked to the article on probable cause, and just so that no one reading the article would confuse the two standards, I unlinked it from probable cause. "Reasonable suspicion" now lazy-links to a new article. Anyone care to write it? You could start with a mention of Terry v. Ohio... FindLaw Brian 20:04, 30 April 2010 (UTC)

AZ Immigration Law Trailer Bill (House Bill 2162)

Governor Jan Brewer revised Senate Bill 1070 on April 29, 2010 by signing a trailer bill into law. This trailer bill hopes to eliminate any provision in SB 1070 that creates the possibility of racial profiling. Can anyone find the text of this trailer bill and reference it in the article? removing stub notation

This article contains a breadth of information and depth of scope. Looks like it has outgrown being a "stub" article. FindLaw Nira 22:39, 22 May 2010 (UTC)
